Our Dim Sum

In this Fook Yin Lau Dim Sum Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Steamed Honey Pork Bun” or commonly known the Char Siew Bao which most wanted by their regulars in the chinese steamed bun selections.

Homemade flour dough (made from imported quality flour selected) fillings with their in-house sweetie honey roasted pork (char siew), then finally served after about 10 minutes steamed will brings the wonderful soft bun’s bites with juicy roasted pork into mouth kind of eatery that you must have a try when reached Bandar Sri Damansara. Our dim sum chefs insist on using fresh and high quality ingredients. Every dim sum is handmade. The dim sum categories include steamed dim sum, fried dim sum, stir-fried dim sum, porridge, soup and desserts. They maintain traditional flavors while retaining modern style.
